What I Do
Dr. Meller advises distribution leaders on the design, evaluation, and improvement of complex distribution operations, with a particular focus on making disciplined decisions before—and during—major investments in new operations, automation, and execution software.
He helps leadership teams clarify the problems they are truly trying to solve, evaluate trade-offs among competing solutions, and translate distribution science into decisions that hold up in practice. His aim is to make the complex understandable.
